Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 large cloves garlic, chopped

1 serrano pepper (finely chopped)

1 cup dry white wine

8 oz canned crab or 1lb. fresh crab

3 sprigs Flat Italian Parsley

2 teaspoons lemon zest

Salt & Pepper to tase

Red chilli flakes to taste

Directions:

Sautee  2 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

Add 2 large organic garlic cloves (chopped), 1 serrano pepper (chopped finely), sauté.

Add 1 cup of your favorite dry white wine, reduce by 1/2

During this process prepare your pasta (we used linguine pasta).

Once the sauce is lightly translucent but not browned, add 8oz. can of crab or a pound of fresh crab shredded.

Chop a few sprigs of flat Italian parsley, and 2 teaspoons of lemon zest and set to the side for later.

Salt and pepper sauce to taste.

Sprinkle red chili flakes to taste, and continue to sauté the sauce.

Strain the pasta when it is al dente, keep ½ cup of pasta water in a cup and set to the side.

Pour in crab white wine sauce with the pasta, add the fresh parsley and parmesan and toss all together.

Add a dash of water from the boiling pasta if you need to smoothly mix in the sauce with the noodles.

Serve and ENJOY!
